Hair product junkie reloaded!
I thought about getting twists done for the first time and keeping those in for about thre or so weeks, but I am wondering how do you wash those things without getting all tangly?

Two strand twists really show my length well.

For me just rinsing helps. Just allowing the water from the shower to get on your scalp. I would try to avoid massage like during a regular shampoo.

I just had my hair done in twists tuesday and washed them yesterday. I focused the shampoo on my scalp and gently squeezed my twists as I rinsed the shampoo out. I then put a leave in conditioner on them.

When I have twists in, I just rinse with distilled water. I haven't tried to cowash with them, but I will try it if I ever decide to keep twists in for more than a couple of days. I don't use a towel, but rather put on a cotton snood for about ten minutes to absorb the excess water.
