How much breakage (NOT shedding but small bits falling off) is normal lol? If you have ANY should you dunk your head in a bottle of Aphogee or is it normal for some hair to break off?

I see an occasional bit of hair... Maybe one or two a day on my clothes. That doesn't worry me. But when I see a bunch after combing or taking my hair down, then I get worried and will work to treat the problem.

Sometimes I see a few, but nothing to worry about. About 3 or 4 when I comb my hair. They are normally 1/2 inch long or so. I know that would stop if I get a good trim.
I did see a lot more after my last touchup, though. I was so worried.
I did an Emergencee treatment and still saw the breakage right after (even after a deep condition). A day after the treatment I did another deep condition with Emergencia and Miss Key 10 en 1. Now I am back to normal with only a few (1 or 2).
I think the combination of the Emergencee and then the collective deep conditions helped me recover from the post touch-up breakage.
