How much henna and indigo do I "REALLY" need to dye my hair...??

I read in another post someone said they buy their henna/indigo from this website:

^$35 for 500g of indigo...do I really need that much?? I already have 500g of henna (just bought it this weekend from a local Indian store).

I use 100-150g per go and I'm bsl. My hair isn't thick though. If your hair is thicker you will need more.

I am BSL, thick and I use 1 pack (100g). I thin it with conditioner and apply indirect heat to set it. You may need at most 2 packs IMO!

I have thick BSL hair...would 200g be enough ya'll think? I already spent like $13 on the henna alone. I didn't anticipate spending alot of money on indigo

Do ya'll use the same amount of henna as you use indigo (i.e., 100g henna + 100g indigo)?
