How to wash your hair

Hey guys, some of us have probably seen this video before but i thought i'd post it for those of us that haven't seen it cause its a pretty nice and informative video. It demonstrates the things we already know but visual aids makes it sink it.

Thanks. It's a nice video.

The only thing I would say is I don't really concentrate on the lengths when shampooing the hair; I concentrate on the scalp. If I focused on shampooing my hair like that I would end up drying it out. The shampoo will run down the hair as it's getting rinsed out anyway.
