I know there are many things that aid in faster hair growth to include vitamins, daily washing/rinsing, scalp massages, exercise, etc. These are extra things that one can add to their hair care regime to enhance growth to one’s full potential (beyond normal rate). I am interested in knowing . . . What things can your hair not do WITHOUT (in terms of maintaining a decent growth rate and condition)?
"I have seen women grow a healthy head of brastrap and beyond hair using heat; without protective styling; without frequent trimming; without vitamins; without braids but not without _ [fill in the blank] _."
For example: If I don’t monitor my intake of water (at LEAST three glasses per day), it seems like my hair does not grow. Of course I know that hair is always growing but the results are DRASTICALLY different. I dislike the taste of water though and have to force myself.
Also, when I don’t get enough sleep (stress-related) my hair seems to dive off of my head. I like my late-night cleaning sessions but I have got to get some
Feel free to add (key words: healthy and long) . . .
