I did this and my hair likes it.

I did a pre poo treatment with the oil from shescentit.com

I then rinsed thoroughly and washed(twice) with Wen Tea Tree. I didn't do my deep with the heat cap just rinsed the Wen out, put in my serum and set.

My hair didn't have the 'slip' I'm used to, but my hair was shiny and soft and strong today!
