That's a massive feat for me and I put it down to the Surge, because that's what I was using consistently everyday. The most I missed was 2 days in a row out of the whole month. I've never even got close to 1 inch ever with all the vits I was taking. I never took any vits this month either, but I'm going to be back on the biotin along with the surge to see what results I get. I relaxed on Saturday after 4 weeks and can definitly see the difference, even though this weather is ice cold, I thought i'd get half an inch tops.

I'm so happy. Go me!!!

Excellent! Now I GOT to get some! LondonDiva, how much is Surge? I know I can get it Juliets, it is just finding the time to get there.
 
Congrats, how inspiring for us. I went to Walgreens today and I didn't see any surge and I ask the guy who works there and after he check on the computer that they're suppose to have the surge lotion montion or wojee cream or something, but I didn't see at the aisle at all. I'd better go back and buy them before they ran out again!!
 
i KNEW i was in love for a good reason! I don't measure, but i know that I'm doing well with the Surge as well...Congrats!

It's so ironic, the month where it's cold as hell in London, I'm smoking more, not taking any vitamins, have done hardly any exercise is when my hair seems to thrive.
The surge gave me more of a wave pattern to my hair that the usual tight coil that's typical to my 4b hair type, so I found it a little harder to relax. I relax my friends hair who has waves not coils and it's harder IMO to relax her hair. I'm now relaxing at 4 week intervals, but not bone straight just enough to make my hair more manageable again as I don't want to risk fighting two textures and causing breakage. This is the 3rd relaxer at a 4 week interval and for me I find it a whole lot better then waiting for week 6.

I hope everyone that uses it has just as much success with it as I have.

i have to try it. i have bought so many products i was going to wait until i used up some of my old ones. however if i can get 1 inch a month it is worth buying. can i use it on dry hair? is it similar to scurl? i am currently wrapping my hair nightly. i do not want to wash daily.

I have to agree, you are definitely an inspiration! I used to have the belief that American girls can attain longer hair than us Brits, I am so pleased that you are proving me wrong.
 
Londonchick it has nothing to do with location honey. Even in the States it gets cold and they have just as many problems with shedding, breakage etc that we do. Don't worry cone the summer the chick and the diva will be schwinging that hair baby!!

Me an inspiration???? It wasn't me it was the Surge. LOL all I did was spray once a day.

I just really really hope you ALL see the results that I did. I know there were some ladies that it didn't work for, but I know that there were loads that saw results. Some also could attribute the growth to the surge alone as they were taking vitamins/working out etc. I could definitely say that the surge did the business for me this month. Even if i get half an inch in the next 4 weeks I'll still be happy

simply hair you need the hair revitalizer plus 14 in the 12 oz spray bottle. The other 2 are a woojie cream and the other is an oil.
 
Congratulations LondonDiva, you know I'm a believer because I am now on my 5th bottle and have been using Surge since the summer. The funny thing is when I first started I wasn't even using it everyday and still got good results. Since everyone started the challenge I been using it almost everyday and the results are thicker hair. Unlike some products I have not seen a decrease after the initial results.
 
I am sooo happy for you LD!!! Mine is growing a lot too. I have not measured it but I'm sure it's also an inch. This Surge is really really great. I am braiding up next month and will continue to Surge. I have been doing a 5 minute massage, Surge and another 5 minute massage after this past week and will continue to do so as the stimulation can only help. I'll keep you posted.

With all these glowing and growing reports on Surge, I will be putting this on my 'to try' list as well.

Congrats LD, now I'm definately going to get it. At first, I wasn't sure whether to start with biotin/msm, or the surge (I didn't want to do both, so that I can figure out which one better at speeding growth)

I'm glad to see you're getting un-interrupted progress.

I've had success with Surge, but it makes my scalp really dry unless I put oils on it and I was afraid too much oil might clog the pores. When I can find something balancing, I'll try Surge again.
