Do any of you think it may be too much stress to do this style every night? I dont do them to tight when I twist or when I band them, but I was wondering if it may be too much stress on the hair? Anyone had any problems doing this every night?

I will add that I had breakage from doing this too often.
I am trying to decide now if I should cut up to the damage just to have a neat "hem line" or keep growing and trim as I grow while wearing it up so it is not noticable. I can not wear my hair down straight because you can see the area that broke off.

So be careful....

Thank you for being honest. I will stick to braidouts with clips on the ends instead. Im sure its less pulling and wont be so bad.
