So much shine I could blind people.
What product gives you ultra shiny hair ladies?I would be really happy for shiny braidouts and flat ironed hair.I think that would be too much to ask for ponytail airdried hair.
Have you tried applying a light oil to your hair while it's wet? That usually worked for me b/c then as it dries, the oils sinks in leaving shiny hair behind.
At the salon, I once got a clear cellophane by Sebastian (I think) which was not damaging but added shine and enhanced the hair's natural color. Also, have you tried using hair gloss? It is a non-greasy, clear serum used to impart shine to hair after styling. About every product line has one. HTH. I actually have pretty nice shine when I airdry my hair in a ponytail and put a little coconut oil on after it dries. In fact, my hair is at its shiniest since I started airdrying. Go figure. It was so dull when I was blowdrying.
You may want to try Neutrogena Triple Moisture Shine Serum. I've used it before (I'm natural) and I gave it to my mother (relaxed)and she uses it and gets pretty good results.
They are sheer semi-permanent colors/tints (including CLEAR) that lay the cuticle down, thus producing shinier, healthier looking hair. Examples are Sebastian's Cellophanes; Jazzing; Adore and Clairol's Textures and Tones... to name a few.
TIGI shine junkie give shine in a heartbeat, but u just need a dab or its greasy...
I have isuues with my sandy brown like hair(it looks sooo light in the sun) looking dry since light hair doesnt reflect light as much as dark hair, but when I had my hair in a bantu set one day, a lady asked me if this was my natural hair color and I said yeah and she was like "its soo shiny!!"....thats a FIRST in my book!

You ain't never lied about that!! I finally asked this lady that I go to the hair store with how is her hair so shiny and she did a demonstration in the store ... talk about BLING!!! And only a very little bit is needed so the jar lasts a long time

yes, i used clairol's tex and tones black rinse yesterday and i'm loving my shine. rinses also seal the cuticle in hair shaft, which helps the hair to retain moisture as well. i highly recommend. they tend to take better just after the hair has been relaxed.
I LOVE the whole Desiggn Essentials line. Im not allowed to buy any more products for the rest of the summer. After that, Ill probably go back to using the whole Design Essentials line....its a great line but expensive, however Ive found its more expensive for me to buy all these products that to just stick to what I know and love....lol. Ive found comparable, but I think their stuff is the best! The shampoo is gentle enough to be used daily which is great if you are active.
On their website if you buy the packaged deal u get all u need for around $50...not so bad and Ive found that whole lines do work well together, cant go wrong with that like I do with all of my recent mixing and matching!
What is the difference between Sebastian coulourshines and Sebastian cellophane? Are they the same product? And where can I buy them b/c Sally's doesnt have them
