Thanks! I started with broken shoulder length hair. If not for the boards I would still be there.

Thank you very much . My regimen is actually quite simple. I co-wash once a week. Deep condition with a co-wash once a week. I air dry, and I protect my hair 99% of the time. The only time I use heat or wear my hair down is after a touch-up. I blow it dry and flat iron, wear my hair down for one day, then it's right back up. I explain everything fully in my fotki. Check it out one day if you have time.
