If you are protein sensitive, I really don't think you should do protein treatments. That's just me though. I'm interested in hearing what the others have to say.

Do you have a high protein diet? If
not try incorporating more that way. ORS hair mayo is a lighter protein treatment.

HTH

If I were you I wouldn't do a full out protein treatment I would just add avocado oil and coconut to a regular conditioner

Are you absolutely sure you're protein sensitive? I think a lot of naturals make this assumption without undergoing sufficient trial and error. I used to think I was because my hair is coarse, but I've found that my hair is thriving on a *light* PT done monthly (Aphogee reconstructor).

If you truly believe you are, I would stick to moisturizing products that have very light proteins, like silk proteins, in their ingredients list.
