So I have made my decision and I'm going to texturize tommorow!My hair is a little bit longer than collar bone lenght streched,4afine and completly natural.My mother who is a stylist will be applying the relaxer. I have been doing my research and I have decided on using Affrim fiberguard mild mixed with olive oil and some sort of protien. I think I'm going to get nexus keriphix for the protien (I'm out of my Ao BPB).
My question is should I have my mother mix the conditioner in the affrim before she applies it or should I apply the conditioner to my hair and let it dry over night? Also do you think adding oil to the relaxer is needed if using protien? I ask this because my mother is old fashioned and its gonna be hard trying to convince her to put oil in a relaxer.
