I have just found the perfect product for light hair. Pink Lusters Hair Glossifier. It shines, is light, has natural elements to combat dry scalp and seal the cuticle/hair. It doesnt leave a buildup and my hair is the same type as yours. I had used it in my June rollerset pictures the night before, check it out...
Lonei- i my flat mate has this product and it makes my hair shine really well but I didn't thik it was a moituriser..
I thought it was just a gloss spray. how do you use it?
Its not really a moisturiser, I find those products way too HEAVY for my hair. Even though its a gloss spray, it keeps my hair from drying out. I usually spray it on my hair before I wrap or rollerset for bed, its great for detangling dry tangled hair. In the morning I dont need to re-spray, it leaves my hair soft and shiny. Out of all the products that calim to be light, this is definately the lightest I've found.
Nexxus Headdress and Wave Nouveau Finishing Lotion are good moisturizers. The lightness will be depend on how much you use. I tend to use a lot, because I don't try to curl or style my hair--I just let it hang (like Morticia)--and that's fine with me.
Breakfree with a little aloe vera gel (about a dime size)
I find a little aloe mixed in makes ANY moisturizer a little lighter and softer on your hair, rather than weighed down (especially if you like to wear your hair out).
But beware not to use too much aloe if you live in a dry climate)
