Searching YouTube looking to find info, tips, advice for long term transitioning and natural hair i came across thus youtuber who transitioned for 3 years and she has beautiful healthy hair! She is 4ab and her hair is waist length (including relaxed ends)

If you watch the second video, she indicates that she cut her relaxed ends off at 36 months. She ended up with waist length hair that hung to just about APL, which would indicate that she didn't have a lot of shrinkage.
