Is my hair long enough for a braidout?

So DC Carnival is tomorrow (all my Caribbean folk STAND UP) and I'm considering wearing a braidout on my newly BC'd hair. I currently have it in two strand twists (that are unraveling because I haven't been protecting my hair at night *mybad*) and I want to take them out tonight, cowash and then have my sister cornrow it for tonight. So by tomorrow morning/afternoon, I can take the cornrows out for JAMMIN' DOWN THE ROAD :grin:

I'm just not sure if braidouts require a certain length. My hair has never been this short before (almost chinlength when wet/stretched). You guys think I should do it?
 
Yes! I think braid outs look so cute on short hair! I have braid out in my avatar.
