For sure, I've found my staple rollersetting technique that prevents breakage for my fine hair. Rather than come straight out of the shower with sopping wet hair, I towel dry as much as possible, then apply my cream leave-in, serum and detangle to rollerset. Once I section off hair to put a roller in, then I spray down that section with my water bottle. So much easier than the other way, and when I blow my roots out, it's flawless.

I'll come back later and post my staple products...

Tiffers, I think we are hair twins. I like the Kenra MC, the GVP conditioning balm and the
Hawaiian silky 14 in 1. Im still looking for my staple poo, another moisturizer for wearing hair straight, and a leave-in. Coconut oil is a staple of mine. I like the Beemine smell, though I dont think its working for me.

you know you got me wanting to try the GVP DC and 14 in 1...ever since you talked about what it does for your DD's hair. i want it NOW!

What's GVP?
I went to the site it was a bit confusing...I saw a Strawberry Kiwi Serum and then I saw a Strawberry Kiwi Growth Serum which also said buy 2 get 1 MOISTURIZER free...

WEll... all i want is to buy 2 Strawberry Kiwi GROWTH serums and get one Strawberry Kiwi GROWTH serum free...

Anybody know how I could do that?

Hi SJ!!!

I wanna try some of your dc!!! I tried to google it, thinking you sold it from a website, but couldn't find it. How can I get some?? I want some Like Butta Baby!!!!

diva614, COOL! It does seem that we're twins, huh? How long have you been using Bee Mine? For a shampoo, have you tried Elasta QP Creme Conditioning poo? It's great! Sally's GVP Conditioner (Paul Mitchell The Conditioner) is a good leave in :yep:

When my hair is straightened, I still use 14 in 1. But instead of spraying it directly on my hair, I spray a little into my hands and spread it on that way. Love it! :D

My staple moisturizer is Naccidit leave in, the purple one.

My staple relaxer is Just for me texture softner. I used it last night and it really processed my hair well without really burning me, except in the spots were I scratched my head.

My staple butter is one that I mixed.

Shea butter
cocoa butter
caster oil
olive oil
jojoba oil
veggie glycerin
avocado oil
grapeseed oil

I think I am missing an oil:grin:

Fine 4's, the moisturizer is the sulfur free serum :yep:

Relaxers: 1-Nairobi. Super straight hair, no breakage. 2-Pure Essentials. Does not overprocess and still leaves texture. Is very gentle and my hair was moist and shiny after relaxing.

Moisturizers-1. Jane Carter Nourish and Shine 2. Coconut oil 3. Jojoba oil

Serum/heat protectant-Fantasia IC in the blue bottle

Clarifying shampoo-Kenra

Moisturizing Shampoo-Kenra, Mizani Bodyfing

Moisturizing DC-Kenra

Protein DC-Mizani Moisturfuse, 2 eggs, 1 tbs EVOO

Leave in-Kenra. It doesn't seem that good going on wet because it has no cones but once your hair is dry you really see how moisturizing it is.

Hair Mold-Garnier Frutris Pliable Mold. This stuff is gold!!! It really lays down edges and the flyaways I get in the front. Its so potent and good I only have to use it once a week (wash day) and when used more than once a week it does not cause build up!!!

Only Conditioner (AOHSR) for me. I like to switch my oils up alot, but I'm still an infant in natural hair care so I figure I have a little longer to experiment before it gets too far out of hand.

ETA: Vitamins too. I take a multi, b complex, omega 3-6-9, MSM and vitamin C. Sounds like a lot but I break it up throughout the day...

Cleanser: Baking soda/water mix.

Moisturizer: Water (as long as I seal with something my hair doesn't need anything else).

Butter: Shea Butter. I don't really use it that often. If I can find it locally then it will be a staple. I just don't like to order anything.

Oil: Castor oil...I love love love love love it. I love coconut oil too, it's a close second.

I don't really use anything else. As far as conditioner, I have found that I don't really need it...though I do want to try the caramel treatment. But, I'm lazy. I'm going to force myself to do it soon.

I'm JEALOUS! My hair is such a butthole, if I don't give her conditioner, ooooo, it's gonna be a problem!

Conditioner: ORS replenishing pak & Keracare Humecto
Moisturizer: CD Black Vanilla leave-in mixed with water
Oils: jojoba, (sweet) almond & wheat germ

HeyTiffers How long do you leave the Balm in your hair when you DC. The bottle says 1-3 minutes???? I ran out of my Keracare Humecto...this Balm sounds interesting and that price sounds even better.:lachen:
