Ok First off I NEVER EVER thought that I would be in JC Penney. But I will tell you this. I have found the best stylist. He is timely, he listens and he can really do hair. Yeah I got a cut but I needed it and let me tell you I am soooo glad that I did. My hair is shiney and bouncy and has not looked this good in a long time. He does not use a lot of product which is good and he is just great.
