Just bought a FHI flat-iron... have a question

Hello Ladies!

I just bought a FHI flat-iron from Target today and I got it home and realised it wasn't temperature controlled. I'm thinking of returning it, but before I do, I just wanted to see if anyone here had the Pink FHI Technique flat-iron without the temperature control setting and how it was working out. Thanks for your help!

I had a pink Chi with no temperature control and it got too hot for me and sometimes i would forget to turn it on and off. It was a pain and i was worried that turning it on and off would break it. I only used it about 4 times or so and ended up selling it. I now have a FHI with temp. control and i have not had breakage and tiny hairs like i did with the Chi days after using it.
