Kemi Products

Aside from the Kemi Oyl (which I have tried and LOVED) has anyone tried the other products. Such as the shampoo, conditioner, etc.,etc.

I just bought the kemi shea butter (not the pomade)yesterday. I will be twisting my hair w/it today and give a review.

I like the shea butter pomade. Some people find the smell overwhelming though. I like it. Smells kinda like grape koolaid. I like it for twists, etc. It gives light hold and a nice sheen.

I've tried a few of the other products in the past. I only bought them once and I can't remember whether or not I liked it. I'm sure it was fine just not so great that I repurchased. They had a non lathering shampoo that sounded good in theory. I tried that once.

So I just got done twisting with the Kemi shea butter and I could only get to mid way completion of twisting my hair when I decided I could not use the product. For the other half of my head I just used my unrefined shea butter. I stopped midway through because the smell was giving me a headache. Maybe others may like it but it was just too strong for me. I think I will just stick with the unrefined shea.
