why do some of you ladies do them?? what are the benefits and what kinds of teas do different things?? i love peppermint tea...will that do anything fabulous to my hair??
~T~

I havent used them in a while but Chamomile is supposed to be soothing, and Green Tea energizing and healing. I've never tried peppermint. The rinse seemed to clairfy my hair a bit w/o stripping.

Rosemary, nettle, horsetail and seaweed make excellent rinses for the hair. They stimulate growth and thickness. They are very good, particularly rosemary as it also brings out warm highlights. Sage darkens the hair is is also good.

wow, thanks valerie!!!! im gonna get my rosemary on!! so, no verdict on the peppermint, eh???

its just as well...id rather drink it anyway!

Alfalfa, Nettles, Burdock Root, Red Clover, Peppermint, Rosemary, and Horsetail are good for the hair.
