Lately my hair has been really limp. It is relaxed, and I usually just bend the ends with a few magnectic rollers. I mix Giovanni's and coconut oil and add to it first. I use to be able to leave them in for 30 minutes and after I remove them my hair had a lot of bounce and shine. However lately, it just goes limp when I remove the roller. Any advice?

My hair is relaxed too, and when my hair is limp it is usually from product buildup.
Try using a clarify shampoo.

I third, product buildup. Use a good clarifying shampoo and see what happens.

Also, what size rollers are you using. that could be a culprit also.

I agree with the clarifying poo, that should be in your regimen. I also agree the roller size, you could use a smaller roller, get a tighter curl and then wrap it to straighten it out a bit while preserving the bounce.

If that doesn't work, try using just a serum like NTM to set. I can't have too much oil on my hair before a set or my curls aren't bouncy.
