I can't tell you how much better my has felt since I started washing in sections. It really helps. Hardly any styling helps too. I wear twists 95% of the time, and when I decide to do other styles, I can usually see the difference in length. (Only for around 10 minutes, before it shrinks up again /images/graemlins/rofl.gif)
