I am doing a lot of cardio and weight training and I want to know what do people do about there hair. I sweat like crazy. I have a dry itchy scalp and and crazy schedule (unfortunately a lawyer). Does anybody have any suggestions what to do in between washes. Now I am just washing once a week. Trying to get this hair full and thick again. Its growing but its breaking and shedding a lot.
