I know it's not the end of March yet, but I am curious to see what others are trying or have tried.

Hits:
Universal Styling Creme as a moisturizer. Smells delish plus it has oils in it so I don't have to seal my moisturizer with oils
Kenra Silkening Mist- I really liked this, sprays on very light. Thanks Honeydew and others. Smells good too.
Pine Tar Grease for my scalp/side growth- made my scalp kinda sore,I guess it's working. I will be using this twice a week

Misses:
Aveda anti-humectant pomade. Reminds me of a grease. I think I may have used too much

Can't wait to try:
Amla oil, I will use this as a pre-poo.
Coconut oil, I may use this as a pre-poo too or mixed with my leave in.

Want List: (I'm still trying to narrow this down)
Carrot Oil
Meadowfoam oil
Rice Bran Oil
Hemp Seed Oil
Macadamia nut Oil
Castor Oil
Rosehip Oil

MizaniMami do you mind telling me where you plan on purchasing your oils from? tia

Hits:
Castor Oil: It helped my new growth stay nice and soft as well as giving my limp strands some thickness. Also, my sides have grown in quite nicely since I srated oiling them with castor oil at night and in the morning
Shea Butter: Gvae up on it for a while and went to trying it again on new growth. Wow! So silky smooth. I place it on my new growth at night. A little goes a LONG WAY and too much sux (which is why I stopped using it intially).

Misses:
Weave: I missed my hair so much that in less than a month I took it out. I guess I am not a weave type of girl

Aubrey Organics GPB conditioner... love it! just used it right now

Misses:

Giovanni 50:50 shampoo... stripped my hair like crazy when it's supposed to be moisturizing  i hate it... i might just make it my clarifying shampoo just so i dont have to really use it...

Jury still out on: Giovanni Smooth As Silk, detangles beautifully, but I dont exactly know what it does in terms of "moisture"

Hits:

Giovanni's Direct Leave-in !! OMG why did I wait so long to try this!-- Thanks Divine Inspiration for always pimping this! I might just give away Lacio Lacio & the extra plus is that it's organic.

WGHO-- Another big thanks to DI. I used this way back in the day, but I didn't like the smell. But I tried it again and the smell doesn't linger anymore and it's really toned down. Love it.

Emergencee saved my (hair) life!!! I had a REALLY bad hair disaster recently & this saved my strands.

ORS RP and Porosity Control saved me too. I'm so glad I'm finally finding what works for me. :)

Surge --- helped me detangle thick, dry newgrowth that dreaded up with my underprocessed hair-- another hair saver this month (my hair went thru a lot). :(
