Have you ever heard of Metale Oil? My Dominican hairdresser wants me to buy this for my hair.

I went swimming on Saturday and I was wearing a swimming cap. Some of my hair was wet. I put some Keracare Humecto on it and left it alone. I was washed my hair today (Monday) and alot of my hair fell out. I put the keracare conditioner and the hairdesser said it is too strong for my hair. Can a conditioner be too strong for my hair? I just permed my hair last week. Is this supposed to happen ?

Is it metale oil or metallics oil? I've heard of metallics. I've used this on my hair before and it's a strong oil conditioner. So strong that it will strip semi-permanent dyes.

What is metallics oil? Will it pull out your hair? Is it a Dominican oil?

perhaphs it wasn't the Keracare. Maybe the chlorine was to much for your freshly relaxed hair.
