I've heard that it's good to mix your products/brands and switch them from time to time so your hair doesn't become resistant to products :perplexed.
I've also heard that it's not good to do this as it could damage your hair:huh: ...like in this video:

I think this is a very good, informative video by the way. The daughter in this video has lovely hair.

Whats your take on this though? I'm confused.

Yeah I know he was trying to get you to buy and ONLY use his product line. :yawn:
I always have and always will mix my brands, but I was just wondering.
 
Mixing my products has greatly been responsible for saving my hair. It's not broken for me this way, so I'm not gonna try and fix it.
