MN + MTG

Hey ladies

Has anyone ever used MN+MTG. I have been thinking about it. Although I do not want to do too much to my hair at one time. I am in the process of going natural. I do not have a regimen anymore b/c of my current schedule... are there any suggestions??​

I currently use both but it's mixed with grease. I haven't been consistant so I am not sure of its long term benefits.

i am using both but not mixed together. i switch back in forth.
