There is a thread sharing information about these oils...on the thread it said that coconut, olive oil and avocado oils are the only oils absorbed by the hair...so it is moisturizing your hair! I don't think it is necessary for you to seal.

This is a very interesting question. From my own experience I still needed to seal. But since you are using oils that penetrate the hair shaft you probably dont. Try it out for a few days w/o sealing then use the rest of the week to seal and see what happens.
