I received this oil 5 days ago, and i have to say that this is absolutely the BEST OIL on the Planet! I AM ABSOLUTELY AMAZED at how soft and moisturized my hair has been since i started using it daily. I also use it on my skin and my skin feels like silk. It comes in a little bottle ( 2.2 oz) but just a little goes a long way. It cost $30.00, but it is definitely worth every penny.
The oil is rich in vitamin e, essential fatty acids, antioxidants and polyphenols.
The package says " essential moisture is provided to the hair promoting healthy growth and discourages breakage."

Directions state to " apply a small amount to your hair after shampooing from scalp to ends".

I am in love with this oil. I saw some at Sephora, but it wasn't Eden allure brand. Theirs was $25.00 for 2oz. Apparently the difference in brands is that Eden's product is ORGANIC and is "fairly traded".

HTH.. don't sleep on this one!

No CoutureGirl, the oil at Sally's ingredients are:
Dimethicone, Cyclopentasiloxane, Dimethiconol, C12-15 Alkyl Benzoate, Fragrance (Parfum), Argania Spinosa Kernel Oil, Yellow 11 (CI 47000), Red 17 (CI 26100)

The oil OP is speaking of is 100% argan oil, no other ingredients added.

I saw something similiar at Sally's and was wondering what the benefits would be. Do you think it's similiar enough to what you ordered to make it worth trying? I've put myself on a strict budget this year. No more PJ'n for this lady. :lachen:

From what I understand, the argan oil at Sally's is based off of this morroccan oil:

http://www.moroccanoil.com/

I have both, and they both work well, but they are full of extra ingredients. They aren't all natural like the argan oil OP is talking about.

i have the eden allure argan oil but i use it on my skin and i love it! i havent really put it on my hair tho, i feel like theres so little that id have to use a lot on my mane, but ill give it a try because of your review. P.S- i also use their face soap and thats wonderful as well!

I am sure the one from Eden Allure is awesome, but I started using the one from Sally's this week, and I absolutely love it! It leaves my hair extra soft and the shine is awesome!

[Looking at the Camden Grey website]: Whaaaat? 4oz. for $10.50 at Camden Grey's? Need to add that site to the shopping list!!!

That Argain oil is awesome. I absolutely love it. it's very moisturizing. I will def. buy it again :0)

I am not sure what all of the other added ingredients are in the sally's version. But I know the 100% organic version is amazing. You only need to use a teeny tiny amount. I was also worried about having to apply tons of oil, but just a few drops covers my hair which is now to my bra-strap.
OK.. i just looked at the Sall's oil and it looks like the first ingredient is dimethicone. My hair doesn't like too many cones. Causes build up very quickly.

Ohhh....gotcha. Those darn cones will get 'cha every time.:wallbash:

The one from sally's is a serum ladies. A serum to be used as a heat protectant with a little bit of argan oil. The pure oil is different. Both are used for different purposes.
I have pure argan oil from Morocco, I need to cure my heavy handedness before I use it though, it's so darn heavy.

I'm glad I came here before purchasing a bottle at Sally's...I got even more curious when I saw the same brands one at Sally one at the BSS ($4 more) for different prices...hmmmm I've just spent a grip on products this week alone BUT i have 3 heads of hair to maintain 2 of them have MBL. LOL! ::sigh:: I'm turning into a PJ
