Preferably something that is very moisturizing. Im currently using Kiehls leave in conditioner. Its very moisturising and thick. Its good for a few weeks after a new relaxer and after that, I need something really hardcore. Ive tried, salerm 21, lacio lacio, nioxin silk elixir(fav so far), nexxus headress and many more!!

Giovanni Direct leave-in is thick and creamy and very detangling. Lots of natural ingredients also and no cones (if that's important to you).:)

Oh....Ive tried that too. it worked for me when I was natural but It doesnt work now that Im relaxed. Im sorry, ive tried so many products, its hard to remember them :lachen:

I love Elucence conditioner as a leave-in...very detangling. But, Sylver2 hair is gorgeous and she is relaxed and loves NTM silk touch leave in and she says that is her staple for a leave in.

HTH

I love Salerm 21, but I see your tried that already. Have you tried Giovanni Direct leave in. I also like elucence moisture balance conditioner as a leave in

Ive tried everything that has been mentioned :( I guess there's no hope for me! I might have to go back to the nioxin eventually

i have only tried three leave-ins: Aveda Elixir, Giovanni Direct and Paul Mitchell The Conditioner Leave-In. The one that has become a staple in my regime and has provided my hair with the most slip and moisture was surprisingly the PM The Conditioner. I bought the leave-in as a last resort because the bss didn't have what I was originally looking for. It does wonders for my natural nappy hair

I use Garnier Fructis leave in. It's a cheapy but a keepy. Very moisturizing and dentangles like a dream.

Chayil

You could try AG Fast Food Leave-in. Its a Creamy Leave-in, not quite as thick as Kiehl's but its very moisturizing.

my hair was tangly after relaxing and using henna/amla treatment my stylist applied Isoplus leave in, tangles slipped right out

Rusk Sensories Smoother Conditioner works for me. I read about it when I first got here and it's the best one I've used. After I slap it on, my hair magically behaves!

Hi den1........haven't seen you in a long time. I miss you around here. Glad to see you are back in the hair forum to give us some expert tips!!!

Blessings...:p

BTW: Your hair is blinging and looks beautiful!!!

I'm pretty much detangled before I apply any leave-in (detangle at conditioning time) so I can't say whether one is more detangling than the other. I can say I prefer NTM overall because I retain my bounce and shine. S21 is a good protein leave-in, but you have to be very careful with the application. If you're too heavy-handed you hair will lose all it's shine, bounce, and in fact will feel like very coated and thick.

Hi nice & wavy,

thanks for the warm welcome and compliments, i'm glad to be back!!! btw love the pics in your siggy. I was absent from the forum due to the sudden death of my eldest sister. anyway its, nice to be back and my hair is doing great after i rested it in braids for two months.

I would def. say the silicon mix leave-in is the most detangling that I have tried! Then for the drugstore I would say sunsilk TLC.

I did NOT like Giovanni at all. :nono:

From all the simiar threads I read since I've been on the board: its seems as though Giovanni Direct Leave in is the best leave in conditioner out there: but wen it comes to a creme leave in Lacio Lacio Leave in (not a conditioner) gives incredible shine, slipness, and softness so combing out Tangles is 100% effortless. ~HTH~

Lacio Lacio is a Leave-in conditioner.

It's not a leave in conditioner but Nexxus Ensure Acidifying Conditioner detangles like nothing else I've ever tried. For months I was losing globs of hair every time I washed, so much so I was afraid to wash. The first time I tried this I was amazed because I hardly lost any hair. It detangles, strengthens and moisturizes well. I use this faithfully now and I hardly shed when washing and it detangles like crazy. My hair is natural and past brastrap so this was a godsend.

My lacio lacio doesn't have a single word on it that says conditioner: i think ppl use it that way

So on the front of your bottle on the top in yellow writing there isn't anything that says 'High Shine Leave-in Hair Conditioner'? That's what my bottles say.

What are you using as a prepoo, shampoo, and conditioner? That would help us.
Hey Anky, Im pretty set with my other products. I just need to find a good leave. I feel like im settling for less with Kiehls. Im not a fan of elucence products. Been there, done that. Ive been a certified PJ for years and believe me ive tried nearly everything including Rusk. I remember it was also pretty good. It was good as a detangler but wasnt very moisturizing.

Locksofluv aka, Mizanimami, are you talking about the silicon mix conditioner itself being used as a leave in? I have 3 jars and that will be very convenient. Or do they make a leave in too?
