MTG & Braids

Hello ladies,

I will be breaking down and ordering the MTG this Friday. I will also be getting braids as well.

From reading the posts on MTG, I've heard that the smell is God-awful!! My question is will it be ok to use the MTG on my scalp with the braids or will the smell interfere? Also how often should I use it?
