My Hair looks dull

It could be just your hair type. My hair is like that, sheen but little shine even when super soft and well conditioned. Still I can fake shiny curls with gel (IC with Sparklites or Curl Pudding) and denman brushing for wash and gos and ICE Pomade for ponytails (though it contains mineral oil, is greasy (I have to shampoo afterwards) and I hate the smell), and any glycerin based product for shiny twist out and braid outs. Nay used to use LIV on her twist outs and they are seriously shiny- you may want to try that.

Whats LIV?
LIV is a non-greasy hair dressing that can be found at Sally's. Check Nay's journal for more info.

The first thing that came to my mind was to take flaxseed oil - at least one tablespoon each day in your food. This will improve your hair and skin (among many other benefits). :yep:

If your hair is dull in color and you're natural that means it's probably very healthy. If you're happy with your color you can try a clear rinse.(posner/jazzin) That always adds shine. Do you ever use oil sheen? (some people use no oil routines but a little olive oil sheen is a quick fix) ;)
