I am hot!! I used it Tuesday night it working fine. I get up this afternoon to do a twist and curl set and my steamer won't come on. The red light does not come on and when I turn the knob it sounds like normal but the water never gets hot and no steam comes out. I purchased it from slalons r us Or icl beauty. I ordered it in April and have not even used it 8 times. I will be on the phone with them first thing in the morning!! I have the one that says you don't need distiller water. Has anyone else had this problem? I want to steam my hair!! 

Also, make sure the water reservoir is all the way down in the recepticle.:yep:

Then, Turn both switches off and then back on and see if it comes on and starts to "Steam".

Have you tried draining the steamer from the relief valve? Then, add more water but ALWAYS use distilled water. If not distilled, then filtered water. Regular tap water will build up minerals and sediment around the internal equipment and cause problems faster.

Since its fairly new, hopefully you can get it replaced/repaired quickly.
