TRANSITION OVER! 11-22-14
I am considering transitioning to natural, but I prefer the strait look. Can this be done via roller sets weekly without heat damage? I am trying a lot of different things with my hair and I am trying to tweak my regimen.so my hair can be healthy during and after the transition. Any advice will be helpful. I also appreciate any product recommendations.:yep:

I am a natural who avoids heat. I recently tried roller setting my hair and found that it was reasonably straight. Enough that a slight blow dry at the roots or a soft pass of a flat iron made it a viable idea.

The other product I used to use before I decided to go curly was Sabino's Moisture Block (now called Lok & Blok). My hair was bone straight with that product. There is a good thread about a YT'er that heat trains her hair. She also uses the product without heat damage. You might want to consider watching that video for some ideas.
