Ladies,

I am about to lose my henna viginity  Mixed some Jamila with yogurt & oils.
I was reading the henna site and they say you should leave in a warm place overnight or a min of 2 hours.
Is thats whats is done?
Can't I just leave it on my head for 3 hours pluss covered??

I am not doing this for colour just for conditioning

Any Advice

Thanks x

If your using it for the conditioning effect you don't have to leave it out. Leaving it out will release the color in the henna. So in essence after you make your paste apply it to your hair.

If it's just going to be for conditioning purposed, then just apply it. You don't wait for color release. Just slap it in and leave in for a little while (usually 30min-2hr) and rinse out.
