need a touch up now

I was trying to wait unitl 10-12 weeks, but I can;t take the thickness at the roots, my hair is breaking at the demarcation line. I think I'm going to touch it up and as it grows stretch the weeks. it hard on short hair to have new growth adn do anything with it, it's so thick.

I think you should go ahead and touch up...especially if it's breaking. Stretching relaxers for long periods of time is not for everyone. I'm 19 1/2 wks post and I was testing myself to see how long I could stretch it but now I know that the most I can comfortably stretch is 12 wks.
