Hi Ladies, I was wondering if you could help me. I just took a new comparison shot picture to compare my progress from the end of October to today, but I am having trouble realizing if there has been any growth.
As you can see below in the October picture, my arms were raised so I can't really gage the progress (if any). I'm pretty new at this, so can someone tell if it looks like there has been any growth? Don't worry, I won't get offended if you don't see any difference, because I can't!
From now on I will take pictures with my arms down and wearing the same shirt so that way I won't have any doubts. Lesson learned, (slaps my own hand)
