New Era Acid Balanced Clear Gel Hair Relaxer Kit!

Has anybody used this product?
If So, how was it?

It claims to be more gentle than other relaxers because it is acid based. They don't use Sodium Hydroxide or Calcium Hydroxide.

I have. I believe it's thio based. New era gel relaxers have been around for a long time.

Acid and Thio based relaxers can't be used on hair that has been previously relxaed with Hydroxide based chemicals. Be careful with it if you are considering a touch up and it won't be a new relaxer on virgin hair....
