And I have a few questions. I cowashed for the first time yesterday and I did a braid out. Tonight I used my VO5 and coconut oil to rebraid my hair. I plan on washing and using Nexxus Emergencee in my hair tomorrow, but I'm not sure what I should do. Here are a few scenarios:

1: Since I used my VO5 tonight, should I rinse my hair and then apply my Emergencee, DC after
OR
2: Rinse my hair, add more VO5 (cowash) then add Emergencee, DC after
OR
3: Use shampoo then use Emergencee, DC after

OKAY LADIES, WHICH ONE SHOULD I DO 1,2, or 3?

I would do 1 or 3, preferably 3 so your hair will be free of any product. That way the Emergencee will work better :)

Thanks, I was just about to edit my post to ask if #2 would possibly lead to build up. I think that I am so anxious to see some growth that I am trying to do EVERYTHING. When in reality I am overthinking things and making it complicated. I really need to keep it simple.

When is the last time you shampooed? If it has been a few days, I would do #3.

The last time I used shampoo was a week ago.
