New Year\'s Resolution

Hey everybody. I'm new to this great site. I've decided that my main New Year's Resolution will be starting a successful hair regimen. I'm a type 4a/b. If you guys wouldn't ming posting any succesful regimens for this hair type, tips, or products, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanx!

I have 2 tips for you:

1. Whenever you do a protein treatment make sure you follow up with a moisturizing conditioner.

2. There's a lot of info available to you on this forum. As you learn from others and find the need to search for more info here is a link to a thread that will help you with the forum's searching tool.

Re: New Year\'s Resolution

Here's mine:

*Never ever go to bed (or lie down) without a satin scarf, bonnet, or satin pillowcase
*When the weather's looking especially harsh outside, try to keep your hair covered.
*Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day to keep the hair hydrated from within.

Good luck Jazzy.
