Hey do you do your baggie when your hairs wet or dry? I hear it works well for some when their hair is dry...for me..hair DAMP/wet!

It works well when I do it on dry hair because after I take off the cap my hair is very damp, practically wet. But when the weather warms up I will try it on wet hair.
