Quick Synopsis: I had my hair in braids for two years. Every time I took them out, I’d put fresh ones back in again (no relaxer). I relaxed my hair on May 28; I am now 4 weeks post relaxer. I try not to manipulate my hair too much. I’m currently alternating styles with braid outs and roller sets (no heat at all). However, some of my hair at the top of my head looks chopped off and fuzzy as if it’s breaking off at about ½-1 inch mark.

Here’s my daily regimen:

Woojee Cream (in the mornings)
Wild Growth Oil (every three days)
Surge 14 Plus (twice a day for my thinning sides)
World of Curls 3 in 1 (before bed)

Weekly regimen:

Organics Carrot Oil (hot oil treatment)
Neutrogena Triple Moisture Shampoo
Alternate: Neutrogena Deep Recovery Mask or Salerm Wheat Germ

I’d appreciate any ideas or advice. Thanks,

yeah I would suggest a break from braids, they say you should take a break between them regularly to let your hair rest and breath. As for the broken area, u will just need to strengthen the area and try to mask it as it grows out and it will...I once had a piece at my crown that broke off to less than an inch and now I cant even tell where it was.
