sulfates aren't necessarily bad.
i mean you can use it and then follow up with a moisturizing DC treatment and leave-in, and it could be fine for your hair.
or you could return the bottle and get something sulfate-free.
i don't totally avoid sulfates anymore because i know how to counteract their usage.
but yes, always read the back of the bottle before you purchase.
