Hello Everyone,
I have just begun to use PAUL MITCHELL'S The Conditioner (thanks Artemis!!) as a leave in :lick: and I am interested in using more products from this line. My hair is texturized, but is extremely thick. If you currently use a PM product, please list the product, whether you are relaxed, texlaxed, natural etc. and whether you will continue using or if you have had a bad experience. Any information would be great. My bathroom cupboard is really looking like a mini BS store and I am really trying to put an end to this PJism :wallbash: by sticking to 1-2 lines only. Thanks in advance!

I like the Paul Mitchell Super skinny also.
I am in love with the Tea Tree Special Line
I have used The Wash and The Conditioner from the orginal line, which I really like.

I do not like the Tea Tree Lemon Sage products. They truely suck..The poo is like a clarifyier and washed out everything from my hair at the same the Lemon Sage conditioner is just okay. It gets hair conditioned but not like the Tea Tree Special. I had to DC again. Needless to say, I bought the ginormous size so I guess I won be buying any clarifyers anytime soon, and I will see how the condish works for my cowashes...anyhoo.
Overall, the products are good.

I use Paul Mitchell's the detangler on my 18 year old son's thick 3c/4a hair which he wears cornrowed. His hair is nearly shoulder length and is usually very difficult to detangle after washing. Yesterday I applied the Detangler on his dry hair and gave him a plastic cap which he left on for 30 minutes. After he shampooed and rinsed in the shower the comb glided through his hair and it was soft and conditioned. Afterwards I used a blowdryer to dry his hair which took me 20 minutes as opposed to the 40 minutes that it usually does because I did not have to constantly stop to detangle each section several times.

ohh how I love Mr.Mitchell!Right now my absolute fave product has to be PM Instant Daily Moisture Treatment. I use it as a dc and by itself its amazing. im a natural 4c head and in synthetic braids... its making all the diff for this little bit of new growth and i cant wait til im out of braids (next week!!)

I use The Wash to detangle my hair in the shower. I love it! I also use The Conditioner for my leave in. I can tell the diff in my hair when I don't use it. It isn't as soft. I am 4B and have been using them for a few years now off and on.

I mostly use the PM SuperCharge Conditioner & the Super Skinny Serum. The conditioner I rotate with my other staple conditioners and the serum I rotate with NG NTM serum. Which ever one I find on sale, I stock up and use until it's gone. I've been using these for about 4 years and will continue to use. Hair type is 4b very coarse.

Cowgirl, imani97, Allandra, lovepeacesoul, ultrasuedea, Ms.Puffy_Brown, and krissyprissy thanks so much for weighing in :yep:. For some reason the PM line is the one line that I know very little about so I am learning quite a bit just from your choices...I am taking notes, so keep em coming!!! :drunk:

Yesterday, my stylist used The Conditioner (leave in) to detangle my hair. I plan on buying some for my hair care product stash.

Quick question Ultrasuede, is the detangler used in the same was as a regular conditioner or would you normally shampoo, detangle, then condition as well?

The detangler is used as a regular conditioner after shampooing ,it's very moisturizing and has a creamy consistency. I used it as a prepoo since my son's hair tends to be dry.

Oh, I'm sorry. I've used the PM Super Skinny line and used it for quite a bit of time. I fell out of love with it b/c I think that it was causing too much build-up on my hair. It smelled great and my hair would get really smooth, but I've since found even better methods (non-Paul Mitchell) to get my hair silky smooth that doesn't cause build-up. My needs also changed as my 100% straight hair grew out.

i'm 4a relaxed:

i like the conditioner(the leave in) and the super-charged conditioner(moisture DC) and shampoo two(clarifying/purifying - it has lemon and also removes chlorine)

Cones need to be chiseled off from time to time.

Love Super skinny serum. It makes my hair shiney and soft when I air dry and use the scarf method.:yep:

I am 4 a/b

Paul mitchel Supercharged Rocks!!!!

As does the hair repair treatment and the styling lotion. Shampoo 1 isn't bad either.

I grew up on Paul Mitchell, but stopped using when I started doing the braid thing. I saw the Tea Tree stuff in Trade Secrets and was tempted but didn't buy it. I will probably get back on the bandwagon with the exception of their shampoos (I gots no love for sulfates) and start using the condishes again now that I've read good reviews.

Pink Pebbles, GymFreak and Drock, thanks for weighing in... I make notes in my hair diary and I do take the little book with me to the store :yep:

D-Rock My DH uses the Tea Tree Shampoo and it has become his HG to the point when I buy anything else, he keeps saying, "What is this new shampoo? Its not like the Paul Mitchell" :lachen:. Who would have thought???

Gymfreak, I have not seen the Super Charged, but I will look it up online today.
