Please Help Me Achieve this Look

Hi everyone, how can i a weave like this. My hair is not that long so, weaving it uo for a while. By anyhow how can achieve this look with big curls, full of volume. SHould i use a curling iron. rollers, which holding spray or gel or serum do you suggest me using. I want something tat has a soft hold and won't cause that hard feel and extra build up. I would really appreciate any in put, please. Thank you in advance. I found this picture of beyonce displaying the style beautifully.
