please someone help me! hair Salons in Delaware

I am desperately seeking a hair salon in or near Dover Delaware that does press and curl services. Any ideas ladies. I really don't have time to do my hair anymore I have a 6 month old and he consumes all of my day I don't have the patience to do my hair at home either.

I have tried cold calling salons and asking if they do african american hair but that really get's annoying when they keep saying no. How do you find a new hairstylist if you have just moved to a new state and city?
