Push down Tancho hair wax!!!!!!!

So I got this wax for my edges and I love it, but my daughter got her hands on it and pushed it way up and I can't get it pushed back down. Has anyone else had to deal with this????erplexed

According this article, if it is the same stick...
"Oh, and you know what else? If you accidentally push the stick all the way up through the packaging and can’t get it to go back down, just pull it all the way through and you can push it back in from the bottom with no drama."
