Qhemet users…for those who have both what is the difference between the Amla/Olive heavy cream and the Sidr Tree butter balm? TIA

I love the Amla Olive Heavy Cream. It smells great. I find it thick and rich. The Sidr Tree Butter is a bit thinner to me. Also my hair doesn't feel as soft w/ the Sidr Tree Butter as it does w/ Amla Olive.

I use both the heavy cream and the sidr balm at night and wash out in the morning. The gel was too light for my hair.

Sidr Balm is meant to be a lighter moisturizer.

I love love love the heavy cream. I have also tried the gel. I love how it smells... it gives light-medium hold, but so to a lot of other products for at least half the price. I couldn't justify a repurchase.

I found the Amla and Olive oil too heavy for my relaxed and somewhat thin hair so I purchased the Sidr Tree butter and love it. I mix it with the Honeybrush Hair Tea gel and the scent is just wonderful. The combination lays down my edges without leaving my hair sticky. I will keep ordering both of them!

I love the heavy cream, it's my staple. The Sidr Tree Butter is lighter/thinner in consistencey. I am partial to the heavy cream. The gel was nothing special. I got major build-up from it. I thought I would never get it all out.

Something in the Burdock Root cream makes my scalp itch so much now... I am letting it go.....

I'm thinking the wheat since I don't eat wheat anymore.

I use Curl Origins Triple Butter Moisturizing Curl Cream and Uncle Funky's Extra Butter just like I use QB Burdock Root Cream. I don't consider them exact dupes, but when I use them as moisturizers on my natural styles, they work interchangeably for me. Neither Extra Butter nor the Triple Butter Moisturizing Curl Cream contain wheat. If you are looking for something similar, to replace the Burdock Root Cream, there are many good options that won't contain wheat.

I have to be careful as their creams can give me hand eczema these days and pain in scalp. I cant let it touch my scalp and wear gloves to apply. I believe the citrus oil is a trigger for me.

Sigh - maybe it's time to find something else.

I read a review on ulta with a picture and the reviewer said the formula and color of the cream changed from white to yellow now. I use it too but haven't needed to order in a few years.

Thank you! Those are easier to find as well.
