Does anyone use the Ayur shampoo with shikakai, amla and aritha with xtra conditioning? If so, I was wondering if this was as effective as the rinses made using the powders. I'm going to have a really busy work schedule in 2008 and will more than likely have to visit my stylist either weekly or biweekly. This saddens me 
because although my stylist is great, I was trying to be a DIYer for 2008. But anyway, I was wondering if this shampoo would be a good substitution because I know my stylist is not gonna wanna deal with the whole rinse thing and everything and I dont want her to know my secrets 
. So if anyone has tried the shampoo, could you give a review telling whether the shampoo is stripping, if you've seen growth with it or if it has made a positive difference, health wise, to your hair. Thanks ladies
