Question for the weavologists re: sew-ins

Hey ladies!
Is it possible to do a half sew-in so that I could wear the front half of my own hair back/up like in the pic below. In other words I just want to extend the back and bottom part of my hair, so i can achieve this sort of style (its how I wear my own hair just about everyday except shorter--.)
BTW- would it even look right/blend in because the top half of my own hair has copper highlights in it, the bottom is black. Also my hair is cut into a shoulder length bob, with a few layers. What is the best type of hair to blend in with my own?

I'm no weavologist, but I would suggest putting a track toward the front; one that includes the copper highlights. And then fill in the back with the black. I don't know about hair types re: brands. I buy what I can afford whether it's high end or not.
